D1: Russian Twist with Weighted Ball – 20 total taps
🧠 Cue: Lean back slightly, twist from the ribs, and let your eyes follow the ball. Keep heels grounded or elevated to increase difficulty.
D1 Mod: Keep heels on the floor and perform a smaller range of motion. Skip the ball if needed for balance.
D2: Jackknife with Weighted Ball – 10–12 reps (×2)
🧠 Cue: Extend fully, then fold in like a jackknife — arms and legs meeting center. Hold the ball overhead on the stretch and give a little squeeze at the center point.
D2 Mod: Bend knees and reach toward shins instead of full extension. Use no weight or hold the ball at your chest.
