Shifting Plank → Plank Jacks → Static Hold
30 seconds each | 1–2 rounds

🧠 Cue: Start in a forearm plank and gently shift your weight forward and back—smooth and controlled, like you’re dialing into your center.

Finisher Mod: Drop to knees for the shifting plank and static hold. For plank jacks, step feet out one at a time instead of jumping.

Next, staying in plank, jack your feet out and in—light on the toes, steady through the shoulders.

Finish in a strong forearm plank hold: tighten everything—core, glutes, legs—and lock in for 30–60 seconds.
